Brooke Balster is a Senior Vice President for Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement practice.

Jonathan is a Senior Vice President for Kaufman Hall’s IP CDI Practice. His responsibilities include supporting hospitals and health systems improve their reportable outcome measures through inpatient documentation and coding efforts. Mr. Rosa’s experience includes working with large academic medical centers, large and complex health systems, Pediatric hospitals, as well as rural community hospitals.

Tim is a Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Clinical Documentation Improvement Practice. His experience includes assisting over 150 hospitals improve their operational and financial performance.

Bart is Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Clinical Documentation Improvement Practice. He specializes in Revenue and Operations Improvement (ROI), including non-labor cost reduction, labor productivity, service line reconfiguration, physician practice management and clinical variation reduction.

Ms. Richardson is a Managing Director with Kaufman Hall and has deep experience in clinical documentation improvement (CDI), compliance, and coding. Linda has nearly 20 years of experience in implementing and enhancing coding/documentation improvement programs across the country and has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare environment.
