E. Hunter Beebe is the Service Line Leader for Kaufman Hall’s Real Estate practice. He has more than 20 years of experience advising health systems, academic institutions, physician practices, developers, investors, and healthcare and higher education real estate operators. Hunter has worked on more than $10 billion in real estate related assignments for many of the nation’s largest and most sophisticated sector participants.
Hunter previously was the founder and Managing Principal of HRE Capital, which Kaufman Hall acquired in 2021. Founded in 2008, HRE Capital was a leading advisor in the healthcare and higher education real estate sectors involved in excess of $14 billion in assignments nationwide.
Hunter’s expertise is in advising clients in understanding and executing complex real estate transactions, such as portfolio dispositions/monetization’s, joint venture structuring, sale/leasebacks, and raising both debt and equity capital. He also has experience with consultative assignments related to owned and leased assets, asset valuations, and strategic portfolio and operational assessments. Hunter’s clients include many of the nation’s largest users and investors in healthcare and higher education, including providers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), institutional investors, and real estate developers.
Hunter completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development and earned a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate, with honors, from the University of Florida.
