Robert Hozian is a Senior Vice President for Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement (ROI) practice. His responsibilities include assessment analysis and implementation of operational improvement initiatives related to documentation integrity, for hospitals and health systems nationwide. Mr. Hozian’s experience includes the process development and project management necessary to develop and enhance the operations of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) teams across all settings of care.
Mr. Hozian has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and CDI, and has spent the last few years focused on implementing solutions for the ambulatory care setting.
Mr. Hozian earned his M.B.A. with honors, concentrating in Change Management, from DePaul University’s Kellstadt School of Business, and B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science from Wheaton College.
