Nikki Kelleher is a Senior Vice President with Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement practice out of Cleveland, Ohio. Her responsibilities include overseeing clinical documentation improvement engagements for a variety of clients and cross functional project management. Mrs. Kelleher’s experience includes supporting medical centers across the country, including academic health systems and regional hospitals, in improving financial and operational performance through more accurate and complete clinical documentation. She has worked with clients to enhance clinical documentation to better reflect severity of patients and resources utilized to improve quality ratings, compliance scores, operational metrics and net revenue.

Mrs. Kelleher has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting and clinical documentation improvement working with hospitals and health systems to develop and expand clinical documentation improvement programs to the pediatrics population and across the care continuum including inpatient, all outpatient facility encounters and professional fee claims. She focuses on identifying opportunities and measuring success using complex data models and analytics and facilitates a successful change management process across the facility.

Nikki holds an MBA in Strategy, Economics and Management from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and B.S. in Finance from Miami University.
