Justin Sheppard is Chief Information Officer for Kaufman Hall. He leads the delivery of technology solutions and services for the firm, with a focus on equipping and enabling the organization to fulfill its mission to be a trusted partner and advisor to our clients.

Justin has over 20 years of technology leadership experience across a broad range of domains, including enterprise business systems, application development, technical operations, and information security. He is skilled at leading organizations through strategic transformation and building high-performing, collaborative teams. Justin previously served as CIO for Enlivant, a nationwide operator of senior living communities.

Justin holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Wheaton College.
