SKOKIE, Ill. – October 30, 2018 – Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) announced on October 1 that an affiliate of the Company has completed the sale of 238-bed AllianceHealth Deaconess hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and its related businesses, including physician clinic operations and outpatient services, to a subsidiary of INTEGRIS Health. The effective date of the transaction is October 1, 2018.
