William has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in workforce optimization, labor management and process consulting. As a senior leader within Kaufman Hall's Workforce Consulting practice, he leverages his deep expertise to help organizations optimize their workforce strategies and improve operational efficiency. His career is distinguished by a proven track record in the successful implementation of enterprise technology systems, including Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, Kronos (UKG), and ADP.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, William served as vice president of performance management and strategic applications for Extendicare Health REIT, a 30,000-employee long-term acute care and skilled nursing organization. There, he managed an $800 million labor budget, overseeing strategic applications and the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) for a regional specialty pharmacy, infusion and respiratory-focused healthcare group.

With his extensive background in healthcare, technology, and project management, William is committed to driving transformative solutions that help healthcare organizations enhance workforce performance and achieve long-term success. William holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from the University of Wisconsin and is currently pursuing his MHA. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified program manager.

William holds membership in the Project Management Institute (PMI), Association of Productivity Specialist and the Society of Human Resources Management.
