Shruti Shah

Shruti is a Senior Vice President for Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement practice. Her responsibilities include assessment analysis and implementation of operational improvement initiatives related to clinical documentation integrity and compliance, for providers, hospitals and health systems nationwide. Ms. Shah’s experience includes the data analytics, process development, EMR/IT integration and project management necessary to build, enhance and sustain operations of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) teams across all settings of care.

Shruti has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry focused on revenue cycle transformation projects, clinical documentation, vendor relations, contract management and cost reduction. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, she was a healthcare consultant at BearingPoint.

Ms. Shah earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Marquette University’s College of Business Administration.
