Katie LaDue is Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Performance Improvement practice. She provides project management, analytical, quantitative, and strategic support for hospitals and health systems nationwide, with an expertise in the firm’s clinical variation analytics and solutions.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, Ms. LaDue worked as a Healthcare Consultant with Navvis & Company, where she served as project manager and analyst on engagements focused on the design and implementation of value-based healthcare delivery. She was responsible for developing functional models to analyze clients’ claims-level data, managing a major payer group’s shift from a fee-for-service to a capitation payment model, and designing service line delivery and alignment strategies.

Ms. LaDue’s previous experience includes serving as a Solutions Engineer on Kaufman Hall’s sales team, developing and delivering demonstrations of Clinical Software tailored to prospective clients’ goals. She also served as a Support and Implementation Specialist at Total Benchmark Solution, LLC (now Syntellis Software). In that role, Ms. LaDue implemented healthcare decision support software solutions, conducted client trainings, analyzed clinical data to pinpoint areas for improvements across a balanced set of outcomes, and participated in product development based on client feedback.

Ms. LaDue holds a B.S. in Public Health and Applied Health Sciences from Indiana University, Bloomington and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
