Jennifer Boehnel is Chief Talent Officer for Kaufman Hall. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, with expertise focused on identifying, attracting, and developing top financial services talent.

Ms. Boehnel previously held leadership positions at Deloitte, managing their national recruiting effort for Strategy & Operations within the financial services vertical and at Citadel, where she played an integral part in building the firm’s hedge fund administration business, Omnium.

Ms. Boehnel holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from The Pennsylvania State University.
