Guthrie has Acquired Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital and Affiliates

CHICAGO – February 1^st, 2024 – The Guthrie Clinic (“Guthrie”) has taken ownership of Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital (Binghamton, NY) (“Lourdes”), its locations and related physician practices from Ascension Health.

Binghamton, N.Y.-based Lourdes will join Sayre, PA.-based Guthrie’s integrated delivery system, including one of the nation’s longest established group practices. The transition will include all current Lourdes services, facilities, providers and associates.

Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive transaction advisor to Guthrie.
