Vandalia Health has acquired Greenbrier Valley Medical Center from CHS

CHICAGO – January 1, 2023, Vandalia Health (“Vandalia”) has acquired Greenbrier Valley Medical Center (“Greenbrier”) located in Ronceverte, WV from Community Health Systems, Inc. (“CHS”) (NYSE: CYH).

Vandalia entered into definitive agreements with CHS to acquire Greenbrier in September 2022.

Charleston Area Medical Center (Charleston, WV) and Mon Health (Morgantown, WV) officially closed a transaction in August 2022 to became one integrated delivery system called Vandalia Health.

Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive transaction advisor to Vandalia Health throughout the sale process.
