Kaufman Hall Advises Virtua Health in Skilled Nursing Facility Transaction

CHICAGO – April 28, 2022, Virtua Health (“Virtua”) transitioned ownership of its two skilled nursing facilities to Tryko Partners (“Tryko”).

Virtua Health, South Jersey’s largest health system, selected Brick, N.J.-based Tryko as its preferred buyer after a comprehensive search to find the best fit for Virtua, the facilities’ staff, and current and future residents. Tryko’s facilities are supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services (“Marquis”), a highly skilled and vision-driven nursing home consulting company.

The transaction ensures Virtua patients will continue to have access to high quality services with a trusted partner in Marquis, who will continue to be supported by Virtua’s physician and specialist providers.

Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive transaction advisor to Virtua throughout the sale process.
