Nick Bidwell is a Managing Director of Kaufman Hall and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice. His responsibilities include transaction management, valuation and financial modeling, and overall financial and strategic advisory.

Mr. Bidwell’s experience includes executing and/or facilitating the evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, joint operating companies, and other forms of transactions. He has worked on numerous transactions across the spectrum of healthcare services, including health systems, physician practices, managed care organizations, home health & hospice providers, laboratory services, and other non-acute businesses.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Bidwell was a Management Consultant in FTI Consulting’s Health Solutions practice. During his tenure there, he worked with senior team members to conduct financial analyses and to provide implementation support. Mr. Bidwell received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
