Kaufman Hall advised Coastal Medical on partnership with Lifespan

CHICAGO – April 26, 2021, Coastal Medical (“Coastal”) has entered into a strategic partnership with Lifespan Health System (“Lifespan”).

Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Coastal.

Coastal Medical (“Coastal”) is Rhode Island’s largest primary care physician group with over 120 physicians across 20 offices with a focus on patient-centered, high quality, high value health care.

Lifespan Health System (“Lifespan”) is a not-for-profit, academic health system serving patients across Rhode Island. Affiliated with The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Lifespan's present partners also include Rhode Island Hospital's pediatric division, Hasbro Children's Hospital; Bradley Hospital; Newport Hospital; and Gateway Healthcare.
