David Cyganowski has more than 35 years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders. His focus is supporting large-scale strategic transformations for healthcare delivery systems to enable them to be leaders in the new healthcare ecosystem.

Mr. Cyganowski has counseled the nation’s largest and most sophisticated integrated healthcare delivery systems with advisory support in areas such as business strategy, growth strategy, M&A, business building, and large organizational transformation. He also advises innovative companies and private equity firms seeking to enter or expand in the healthcare sector, as the industry shifts to decentralized, virtual, digital, retail, and home-based care services.

Mr. Cyganowski is one of the original architects of the Annual Non-Profit Health Care Investor Conference, jointly sponsored by the American Hospital Association, and Healthcare Financial Management Association. It is the only such conference exclusively devoted to not-for-profit healthcare.

Mr. Cyganowski formerly was Managing Director and Co-Head of the Health Care Group at Citigroup Global Markets, directing Wall Street’s largest healthcare investment banking practice exclusively devoted to the not-for-profit sector. Prior to joining Citi, he managed the healthcare investment banking practice at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Cyganowski holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
