Medical Mutual Acquires Paramount Health

CHICAGO – June 10th, 2024 – Medical Mutual has acquired Paramount Health, an Ohio-based health insurance company formerly owned by ProMedica. Paramount, which offers Medicare Advantage, Individual ACA, commercial group and short-term insurance plans, is headquartered in Toledo, OH, and does business primarily in Ohio and Michigan. Kaufman Hall served as exclusive strategic and transaction advisor to Medical Mutual.
