Hospital financial performance continues to show signs of stabilization, according to June 2024 data. Despite operating performance showing signs of improvement, the data show that growth is uneven between higher and lower performing hospitals.
The latest Kaufman Hall National Hospital Flash Report shows that the Calendar Year to Date Operating Margin Index for hospitals was 4.1% in June.
