With more than 20 years of finance experience, Steve Sohn advises healthcare clients nationwide on credit positioning, financial risk management, debt offerings, interest rate swaps, private/public financial transactions, and capital structure performance. His areas of expertise include derivatives, quantitative analysis, financial planning, and structured products for not-for-profit healthcare.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, Steve was Director of Healthcare Public Finance and Capital Strategies with Wells Fargo Securities. In that role, he was a senior derivatives banker and a senior investment banker for public finance clients, with a focus on not-for-profit healthcare. Steve’s previous positions include Director of Municipal Credit and Financial Products, Director of Global Fixed Income, and Vice President of Public Finance at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Minnesota, and a B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
