Stefano Breuer

Stefano Breuer is a Vice President with the Real Estate practice at Kaufman Hall. His responsibilities include providing analytical, investor outreach, and day-to-day support for current and potential real estate engagements.

Stefano previously was an Associate at HRE Capital, which was acquired by Kaufman Hall in 2021. His responsibilities included underwriting, transaction marketing, and providing financial analytics for approximately $3 billion in healthcare real estate transactions. He has worked on single asset and portfolio dispositions, development fundings, sale-leasebacks, recapitalizations, and joint venture equity raises. Stefano also spent seven years at Quantitative Risk Management, where he was a financial risk management consultant guiding large global financial institutions in London, Singapore, and Chicago in enterprise risk management best practices.

Stefano earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, and his B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
