Peter Delaney is a Senior Vice President for Kaufman Hall’s Treasury and Capital Markets, and Partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions practices. He advises healthcare and senior living clients nationwide on credit positioning, debt offerings, interest rate swaps, and M&A and affiliation transactions.
Peter has more than 16 years of healthcare investment banking experience involving capital market and M&A transactions with expertise in the senior living, physician, health system, and academic medical center sectors.
Peter previously served as a Managing Director at Ponder & Co. where he advised a multitude of senior living clients on successful transactions involving start-ups, expansions, refinancings, sales, acquisitions, and debt restructurings. He led numerous physician groups in sales and recapitalizations and advised health systems on affiliations with, investments in, and acquisitions of physicians. He also completed a wide range of taxable and tax-exempt debt issuances for financial advisory clients.
Peter holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
