Lauren is a Senior Vice President for Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement (ROI) Practice. She specializes in collaborating with healthcare systems to improve their operational and financial performance by implementing sustainable solutions with ongoing benefits.

Lauren focuses on pharmacy strategy, patient status determination, observation patient management, length of stay reduction, and denials prevention initiatives. She is a subject matter expert of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and assists hospitals nationwide in optimizing their savings and revenue opportunities from the program.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Lauren was a Director at Ponaman Healthcare Consulting. In that role, she partnered with health systems nationwide to implement, optimize and navigate the challenges of the 340B Program.

Lauren holds MBA and Master of Health Sector Management (MHSM) degrees from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional (CHFP) and Fellow of HFMA.
