John Andersen is a leader in the firm’s Treasury and Capital Markets practice. He advises clients nationwide on the structuring and execution of financial transactions. These transactions include senior lien borrowings, debt restructurings, debt integrations, alternative financings, and joint venturing, among others.

Additionally, John advises clients on the long-term management of capital structure performance and credit positioning. His specific areas of expertise also include creditor negotiations, private placements, and other special situations.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, John had worked in public finance investment banking and bond trading. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
