Dan Majka

Dan Majka is a Managing Director in Kaufman Hall’s Los Angeles office and leads the organization’s Consulting Operations. Mr. Majka consults on a national basis for clients, including regional healthcare systems, academic medical centers, and community hospitals. His areas of expertise include the preparation of integrated strategic and financial plans, development of enterprise planning and capital allocation processes, and merger and acquisition-related strategic and financial advisory. Mr. Majka was actively involved in development efforts related to the Syntellis Performance Solutions (formerly Kaufman Hall Axiom Software, now part of Strata Decision Technology) suite of software products.

Mr. Majka is a frequent speaker at the meetings of professional associations in the healthcare industry. His topics include, among others, financial planning and capital allocation for healthcare organizations. 

Mr. Majka has an M.B.A. and an M.H.A. from The Pennsylvania State University, and a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Mr. Majka has been with Kaufman Hall since 1998.
