Cedrial Moore is a leader with Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement (ROI) practice. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, she has served as both an administrator and consultant specializing in revenue cycle management.
Prior to Kaufman Hall, Cedrial was a Managing Director with Cumberland Consulting Group. She led engagements focused on operational workflows, patient access, clinical charge capture, revenue cycle and clinical operational optimization, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), and Health Information Management (HIM), among others. Some of Cedrial’s previous positions include Assistant Vice President for Revenue Cycle with Quorum Health Resources, and Revenue Cycle, Electronic Medical Record, and Care Coordination Advisor with Excellin Home Health. She also served as Corporate Director of Revenue Cycle Improvement with Baylor Health Care and Physician Practice Manager for Cardiovascular Consultants in Dallas.
Cedrial holds a B.S. in Medical Records Administration from Texas Woman’s University. She is a Registered Health Information Advisor (RHIA) and ICD-10 Approved Trainer and Ambassador through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
