Brent Farrell is a Senior Vice President with Kaufman Hall’s Real Estate practice. With more than 20 years of real estate experience and over 15 years specializing in healthcare, he has been involved in over $7 billion in healthcare real estate advisory assignments ranging from medical office buildings to acute-care hospitals and post-acute facilities. Brent has completed a variety of transactional engagements, including programmatic joint ventures, acquisition sale/leasebacks, outright dispositions, lease restructurings and debt financings, among others.
Prior to Kaufman Hall, he was a Senior Vice President at HRE Capital, which was acquired by Kaufman Hall in 2021. Brent previously served as a Project Manager with First Columbia, one of Upstate New York’s largest privately held real estate developers. His experience also includes serving as an Assistant Vice President with Manufacturers & Traders Trust Company (M&T Bank), providing construction and permanent real estate financing.
Brent earned his Masters in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and his B.S. in Finance from Binghamton University.
