Kaufman Hall Advises Summit Health on Partnership with Wellspan Health

SKOKIE, Ill. – June 29, 2018 – On June 29 Summit Health and WellSpan Health signed an Affiliation Agreement to enter into a Partnership whereby WellSpan Health will become the sole corporate member of Summit Health. 

Kaufman Hall acted as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Summit Health on this transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2018, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
