Kaufman Hall Advises Altais in Affiliation with Brown & Toland Physicians
CHICAGO – April 27, 2020 – Earlier this month, Altais announced it has signed a definitive agreement with Brown & Toland Physicians, a large independent physician association, to affiliate with its Altais Clinical Services division.
Kaufman Hall served as the advisor to Altais during the transaction process.

Brown & Toland is the first physician organization affiliation announced by Altais.
