Kaufman Hall advised Virtua Health in the acquisition of Lourdes Health System

Chicago, IL, July 3 - Virtua Health (“Virtua”), one of new Jersey’s largest not-for-profit health systems, and Lourdes Health System (“Lourdes”) merged on July 1, 2019, establishing Virtua as the most deeply-rooted and comprehensive health system in South Jersey.  The combined Virtua organization is committed to making health care easier, more comprehensive, and more caring for its patients. 

Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive advisor to Virtua Health in the acquisition process.

Now that Virtua and Lourdes are one, the combined Virtua organization offers easier access to the right doctor, specialist, or urgent care center, through its strategically located hospitals, urgent care centers, and health and wellness centers.
