CHICAGO – April 1ST, 2025 – Duke Health has acquired Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville, North Carolina, from Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH). 

Duke’s acquisition of the 123-bed, acute-care hospital represents a significant expansion of Duke Health clinical services outside the greater Triangle area.
