Andrew Philippi is a leader in Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement (ROI) practice. He serves as an advisor to integrated healthcare systems and other healthcare providers, leading complex enterprise transformation projects with the aim of identifying, implementing, and sustaining operational and financial improvements. His areas of expertise include organizational alignment, enterprise project management, revenue and operations improvement, and pre- and post-merger integration.

Andrew’s most recent work involves directing comprehensive and multidisciplinary projects in the areas of financial turnaround and margin enhancement, operating model redesign, revenue improvement, expense reduction, and merger integration planning and execution. Previously, he specialized in the areas of revenue cycle, revenue integrity, and labor productivity.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Andrew was a Senior Analyst with Ascension Health, where he conducted pricing, charge capture, and reimbursement modeling and consulted to member hospital networks on revenue enhancement strategies. He also worked in the Performance Transformation and Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships practices at ECG Management Consultants.

Andrew holds a B.I.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Arizona State University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
